Your Dietitian will create a thoughtful and organized Care Plan after your first visit. This is updated after each session. This tool is integrated into your client portal for easy access.
Your Care Plan will contain detailed nutrition recommendations, goals, handouts and documents. It is one of the tools to guide you between sessions. We encourage you to share your Care Plan with your treatment team and/or support system.
As experienced and trained eating disorder and mental health Registered Dietitians, we are uniquely equipped to provide some therapeutic skills and tools to help rewire the brain, encourage new thoughts, behaviors and attitudes to allow room to nourish the mind and body. Sessions will include support in building mastery with skills, insights and patterns. Whether it’s consistency with meals, challenging food beliefs or cooking, we will work together to find what works for you.
